The strengths of this book includes the hundreds of tips for research. In the next chapter, Chapter 3, it talks about how to use these sources effectively. This book includes a lot of samples as well for further information and process. Great little guide to writing a history paper, especially with footnotes and bibliography.

I think I will adopt it for my basic course in historical methods.
