Write a review Rate this item: This diploma work presents a study regarding the impact of the pre-treatment of lignocellulosic materials with fungus Trametes Versicolor fungus, and the presence of lignin at different ratios, on the resulting amount of biogas produced during the process of anaerobic digestion.

The amount of generated biogas was measured with water displacement technique. The progress of anaerobic digestion and biogas formation were monitored as well as temporal variations of the lignin content in those lignocellulosic materials pre-treated by fungi and during the anaerobic digestion process.
