Those who can appreciate excellent world building and like something a little off the beaten path will enjoy this series. Need more reasons to find Zoe annoying? But then he unleashes his alter ego, G. It consisted of Zoe acting like a toddler, acting out, throwing hissy fits and almost getting herself killed several times while all the men in her life take turns mollycoddling her. I enjoyed the growing friendship between her and Adam the man who discovered and protected her during her change.
Perfect flawed male that the MC resists. She is just the right mixture of action and romance!! The story line and plot were a little choppy. June 25, ISBN: See all 7 questions about Sterling….
As the plot has thickened so has the masterminds plan that landed Silver in this world of mystery. Dark has however created a fascinating world of Mages with characters that I am excited to follow.
Silver has the potential to do such good and there’s so much for her to experience in this new life, yet this ugly underbelly keeps busting in and sticking their dirty fingers where they darm wanted.
Chi ama i libri sceglie Kobo e inMondadori. There is something hidden for him behind the cool exterior, and I can wait for the book that allows us to delve right into his hidden personality.
Someone needs to put some sense into that girl!!!!
Mar 07, Monique Bigot rated it really liked it. I think Dannika Dark is an up-and-coming writer, and I am very interested to see where she takes these characters in the second book in this series. Justus De Gradi is a man who can teach her that control. I mean he was in it but not so much like in book one. What i hated most of the book was that the book seemed to be based on just Silver and Logan. Silver is coming into her own, opening up to accepting help, reconnecting with her best friend, finding new allies and kicking some bad guy butt I understand he may be from a different time, still it’s annoying.
Certainly no one I’m interested in reading about.
Thanks for telling us about the problem. Books 1 – 4. Luckily, both Justus and his friend Simon were keeping tags on her, and were able to save her again. The first part, where she gets turned and moves in with Adam.
My eyelids sank heavily and his hand dajnika over mine. Although, those wings seem to be getting her in a heap of trouble; all the same they are spreading.

Mar 11, Jackie rated it it was ok Shelves: Until the Creator claims Zoe, she will be living with Justus. Her strength lies in how she thinks, her courage, compassion, burgeoning self-confidence, and the loyalty she inspires in those around her though part of that is probably because they think she is hot.
Jul 19, Dannjka rated it really liked it. Loved that you incorporated the old characters.
Love the new character Finn. Never miss a post by adding Caffeinated to your Inbox. I’ve decided not to read on, unless it really does get better?! She seems to wander for a while, kind of aimlessly sponging off of her savior, until she stumbles onto Justus, someone who recognizes her for what she is: She was pretty funny at times.
Sterling is a short, slow-build but hard-hitting paranormal romance with not 1, not 2, but sterlijg damn parade of hot, possessive alpha men.
Enter into the picture, Logan Cross. Justus is determined to teach Zo how to defend herself and to learn about Mage history from books. Both these characters were so annoying!
Twist (Mageri, #2) by Dannika Dark
Normally I just put a book down when I can’t stand it but I had nothing else to read so I mucked my way through it. I was impressed at how Dark developed Logan and look forward to learning more about his abilities. While the scenes are not overly graphic, the tone and fear are.
